Roundtrip airport transfers • Meet and greet the guests, transport them and their luggage, e.g.1 suitcase and hand-held bag(s), to the hotels accompanied by tour guides. Short briefing on the tour schedules and other relevant information will be provided. • Assistance with lost(delayed) and/or damaged luggage claim online on arrival, as well as following up on luggage delivery. • On departure, transporting the guests to the airport. The guide will end the service when the guests, who require assistance, receive the boarding passes and show them the security gate. • In case of a same-day change in arrival flight due to guest’s fault from negligence or error, the guest forefits the service schedule. • In case of delays of the arrival flight, we will provide alternative transportation only once. • In case of delays on the departure flight, we will arrange alternative hotel pick-up time if the new departure time is more than 2 hours delayed and announced during the previous night. Otherwise, the guests will be transferred based on our daily bus schedule. Once transported, we will not offer further transportation services. The guide will inform them of hotel shuttles or taxis, should they need to return to downtown.
Hotel Pre-check ins • The guests' rooms will be Pre-checked in and keys given to the guests upon arrival, so that the guest can straight into the rooms as soon as they arrived at the hotel. • However, for the arrivals before hotel's check-in time, we cannot guarantee the rooms would be ready and pre- checked in.
Aurora-viewing • Regular Aurora-viewing is 4.5hrs including 1hr travel time. Hotel pick-up time differ with season. • Aurora-viewing Extension (90minutes) can be purchased only on site on the night of the aurora-viewing. • Late Aurora-viewing is shortened version of Aurora -veiwing due to flight arriving late and missing the hotel pick-up for Regular Aurora -vewing. It will return with Regular Aurora-viewing. The guests purchase Aurora-extension if available. • Round trip transportation from the hotel to Aurora Village and v.v. is included. (30 minutes each way.) • Warm Teepees with tables and chairs are provided as a base for the night, Complimentary hot beverages are provided in the teepees. • All services are accompanied by a tour guide with prefered language (subjecdt to availability).
Flights and their delays and cancellations • NO transfer service, or aurora-viewing, will be provided to guests scheduled on scheduled flights arriving after 21:00, or whose delayed flight arrives after 21:00. • For scheduled arrivals prior to 21:00, we will provide transfer service and aurora-viewing. If they are not in time to join the regular aurora-viewing, they will still be taken to the aurora-viewing, but will be shortened to join in for the remainder of the regular aurora-viewing schedule in progress. If extension is available that night, the guests must pay for the extension. • In case of departure flight being cancelled or delayed, we will provide assistance at the airport, or over the phone, as necessary, to confirm that the flights are rebooked. Most guests now receives emails from the airlines informing them of the rebooked flights, etc. • In case overnight stay in Yellowknife was necessary due to canceled flight, we will assist with hotel bookings if necessary. We will provide additional airport transfer the next day without extra charge as long as there is a booked transfer scheduled for that day. Otherwise, we will inform the guest of the use of hotel shuttles and taxis.
