Rusutsu Resort hotel is a full service Hotel located just metres from the gondola or chairlifts of west mountain. The complex offers a wide selection of restaurants, a shopping mall, indoor pool, hot springs and bar and lounge facilities. All rooms have free high speed Wi-fi and offer large comfortable spaces with most enjoying fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and alpine vistas.

The resort now offers a brand new onsen facility "Hot Spring - Kotobuki" which includes a large indoor bath, cave bath, jet bath, dry sauna in the male Onsen and steam/mist sauna in the female Onsen.
