Bariloche in Patagonia, Argentina is located only 20km from the resort of Cerro Catedral. The Catedral mountain is the largest and most developed ski resort in South America with more than 5,000 acres of skiable terrain for skiers and riders of all ability levels. Recently the resort changed ownership, and there have been many improvements on the mountain including a sextuple high speed bubble lift transporting skiers from the base area to mid mountain and a high speed quad to take skiers to the top. Cerro Catedral is the skier’s wonderland with the perfect mix of Après ski with hundreds of restaurants and bars in the village and downtown Bariloche.
