Situated conveniently between Queenstown and Wanaka is a world-class secret. Snow Park NZ is a boutique mountain resort and world-class terrain park offering luxury on snow accommodation and flash-packer bunkrooms. Right opposite Cardrona, Snow Park NZ is an ideal place to visit for a couple of days or your entire winter holiday. Ski or snowboard day and night, take a lesson, go sledding, relax in your apartments hot-tub, or simply enjoy a delicious meal around the fire at The Woolshed Restaurant and Bar. We are also in close proximity to a number of other ski resorts and attractions should you wish to venture off the mountain.
The winter season opens from late June and run through to early October. Snow Park NZ offers; skiing and snowboarding, rental equipment, lessons, sledding, roaring fires, a full restaurant and bar, on mountain accommodation, live entertainment, fun events and group activities. Snow Park NZ teams an unbeatable location with a cutting edge snow-making system and friendly staff dedicated to ensuring that everyone has a great time. The incredible sunsets and relaxed kiwi attitude are all part of the charm. And whether you’re an expert or it’s your very first time on snow, Snow Park NZ caters to all abilities. First timers can take advantage of the dedicated learners’ area and professional instruction, while the more experienced have a multitude of world-class features to keep them amused. This playground offers over 40 ever changing jumps, rails, and box runs, wall rides, New Zealand’s only quarter pipe, a pristine 22ft super-pipe, boarder cross and free skiing area all of which attracts skiers and snowboarders from all over the world.
The big hit of 2011 was the new Park School that offers a variety of lessons tailored to all abilities, including ‘Learn To’ and ‘Next Step’ programs designed for those who have never been on snow before and for those simply wanting to progress. These popular packages include a day pass, lessons and rental equipment. New for 2012 is the ‘Weenies’ package for the young ones ( 3 years and up) who might not cope with a whole day on the park and includes a private lesson, rental gear and lift pass. Regular and private lessons are also available from some of the worlds best coaches.

Wake up and ski, snowboard down to the lift from the luxury apartment complex at Snow Park NZ. You have the choice of individual rooms or a one or four bedroom self-contained apartment. All rooms have free wi-fi, access to hot tubs and en-suite bathroom with each apartment also containing a spacious living and dining area, fireplace, full kitchen and a large deck overlooking the entire park.
For the budget traveler Snow Park also has Bunk Rooms. The bunkrooms (with shared facilities) are located above the Woolshed Restaurant & Bar, so there are no issues with catering. Ideal for the budget travelers, sports team or school group. Wake up and ride to the lift. Too easy!
